Q. What
if I don’t know any names of the child’s friends to put in the book?
A. Sibling
names are always great to put in the books. If the child doesn’t
have any siblings, we can include “Mommy and Daddy” in the story.
We must have at least one name in the “friends or relatives” category.
Q. How
long will it take to receive my books?
A. All
books are shipped First Class Mail. This takes 3-7 business days. If you
would like your order to be shipped priority mail, please email us at
orders@twinkletwinkleimastar.com.

What information will go in the book?

Child's First Name: This is required. (30 characters max)
Middle Name: This is
optional. The child's middle name will be included on the
title page and the first time the child's name is mentioned in the book
- usually the 1st sentence. (30 characters max)
Last Name: - This is not required, but it is recomended.

Child's Hometown: This is required. You can include the City and
State or just the City.
Child's Age: This is not required.
(30 characters max)
Friends Names: You can include up to 3 child's names. For
Ballerina Princess you will need to include at least 2 names. It
is recommended for Beauty and the Beast that you use "Mom and Dad"
or another adult name because of how they are used in the book. (35
characters max)
Signature: Choose from our drop-down menu or
type your own in the "Other" box. (35 characters max)
Message: Messages like "Happy 5th
Birthday," "We Love You!" and "Congrats on becoming a big brother!"
are the most popular (35 characters max).
Q.
How big are the books?
A. All of
the books are 9” x 6” (Deluxe Size) with washable
hard covers. The “Giant Size” books are 12” x 9” and are only available in that size.
Q. What form
of payment do you except?
A. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and e-checks via the secure PayPal
network.
Q. Is
it safe to give my credit card online?
A. Yes.
For security, we encrypt your credit card and order information using
Secure Socket Layer technology. This protects you from "prying
eyes" that might otherwise attempt to steal personal information from
you, such as your credit card or payment information. This technology is
an Internet standard.
Q.
What are the shipping charges?
A.
All orders are shipped Priority Mail via the United States Post Office
which normally takes 2-3 business days. You will receive a
confirmation email stating the date your order was shipped. You will
receive a confirmation letter that your order has been shipped and you
will receive your books within 3-5 business days of placing your order.
All orders must be shipped to the same address. If you would like
your order shipped to different addresses, you will have to place the
orders separately.
